Back Story: After a long days’ worth of work, I sat down at my studio desk and just started working. I had been struggling mentally recently, with many things to do and personal life weighing down on me. I pulled out a piece of paper and got to work with charcoal. This piece went by very quickly, nearly in a daze, and felt like mental vomit all over the page. I don’t mean that in a negative manner, I really enjoyed the end result when I came back to see my work the next morning.
