Individuals who have not learned those skills let the outrage bubble to the surface and proceed to throw a temper tantrum of humiliating proportions. I believe this is a good representation of the outrage felt inside that I have spent years trying to learn cope with and keep in check. The absolute disarray of color, strokes, and an expression of enraged screaming all contribute to a feeling of contained chaos. It is important to learn to be the boss of those feelings and take responsibility for our own reactions, not every situation deserves a firm hand.
